Kelli is a former MISS TEXAS TEEN USA® 2009. She is also a former NFL Houston Texans Cheerleader, 2011-2014. She has 20+ years experience in pageantry & loves choreography, dancing & cheerleading. She directed the Fort Stockton Water Carnival 2011 designing the 100 foot backdrop, choreographing acts, & producing the show with a cast of 100+ at age 18 & again in 2022. She also owned & operated Kelli's Dance Studio, LLC while in high school. Kelli is married to Nick Burns & they have two beautiful daughters Kennedi & Kimberli and a handsome son Kolt. She graduated from the University of Houston with a marketing degree, & graduated in 2017 from Texas Tech University's Law School. She practices law and she & Nick own Burns Fitness, LLC. Kelli has judged previously for Miss New Mexico USA 2016, Miss El Paso 2010, Miss El Paso 2016 & Miss Del Rio 2010 pageants. She is a former Mrs. Texas American 2020, Mrs Texas America 2022, and has enjoyed being on the Houston Texans Cheerleader alumni squad for 5 years and in the Top 15/17 at Mrs. World.
Angela, Kelli's mother has been a local pageant mom, pageant director, & pageant coach for 30+ years. Her two oldest daughters were Miss Fort Stockton's & she loves helping young women achieve their fullest potential. Angela is also a former Fort Stockton Water Carnival Director 2008 & 2022 , Fort Stockton Water Carnival Association President, Fort Stockton Convention Visitor Board Member, Fort Stockton Chamber of Commerce member & ambassador. She had 30 years experience in her career in the Emergency Health Care business both as a Paramedic & ER Registered Nurse. She & her husband raised 5 childen, have 3 Son-in-Laws, 2 Daughter-in-Laws, 5 grandsons & 4 granddaughters. Angela enjoyed judging for the Miss New Mexico Teen USA® & Miss El Paso Teen pageants in 2016. She was honored to be Fort Stockton's Oustanding Citizen in 2023.
